Biography I was noted as the 2017 FIVB World Tour’s most improved player after an outstanding season with my partner Sam Schacther and after emerged as Canada’s leading beach volleyball team. Impressive results secured us as Canada’s team at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, in Australia, where we won a silver medal. We finished the 2017 season ranked 11th in the world and have set our sights on a podium performance at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic.
Opinion KotC format I am super excited to be apart of the first ever King of the Court Series. This new style of play will increase the speed of the game, make for even bigger plays and improve fan experience. You won’t want to miss it!

Biography I have been competing on the World Tour since the age of 21. I attended Wilfrid Laurier University and played indoor volleyball for two years. I played with Josh Binstock for three years and went to the Rio Olympics with him in 2016. I competed in the PanAm Games in 2015 and got a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games in 2018. I have won five medals playing on the FIVB World Tour - one in youth and 4 at a senior level.
Opinion KotC format I am very excited to experience the new fast-paced and exciting King of the Court format. With more teams playing together it will allow the fans to see a variety of different styles of volleyball at once. I am also excited to try to adapt to the many different sideout and defensive strategies while playing against several teams. It will require us to be very focused on court and while we to play we can engage with the crowd and take in the amazing atmosphere.
